Abstract

Rebecca Steenstrup created online student surveys to explore ways to help intermediate French students write more effectively, focusing on student preferences for tutors, print, and online resources as well as on collaborations with student peers. The results of her survey eventually inspired the Director of the Language and Culture Learning Center, Dr. Elizabeth Weber, to pilot a language peer tutoring program that began in 2018.
