Yann Robert Publishes Book: Le Jugement dernier des rois (Annotated Translation)
Yann Robert's (Department of French and Francophone Studies) new annotated translation of Sylvain Maréchal's celebrated 1793 play Le Jugement dernier des rois has been published n a bilingual edition by Bucknell University Press. This project was launched as a collaborative translation involving 27 undergraduate and graduate students over the course of five years and three separate classes at UIC.
