Senior Emily Kubaitis places 1st at UIC Impact and Research Day

Graduating senior Emily Kubaitis won 1st place in the Humanities category at the 2019 UIC Impact and Research Day for her poster and project "Letters from 19th Century France: The Everyday Lives of a Family of Notaries in Esternay." Emily worked on this project as part of the LASURI program with faculty mentor Prof. Margaret Miner.
